The site is hosted by Vercel and email is handled by Microsoft 365 — services whose servers may be located outside Canada (notably in the United States). Transfers are assessed in proportion to the sensitivity of the information involved.

Information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above and any legal obligations, then securely destroyed.
