Information collected
iGS collects the information you voluntarily provide when you contact us: name, email address, the content of your message and, where applicable, company, role and reason for contact. When the form is submitted, technical provenance data is also recorded: originating page, referring site, campaign parameters where present, language served and timestamp. This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — cookieless measurement tools that cannot identify individual visitors. No other tracking tools are active.
Purposes
The information collected is used exclusively for the following purposes: (a) responding to your request and managing the business relationship; (b) internally qualifying and prioritizing requests; (c) improving our services and products and performing quality control, including assessing the ethical and functional fit of our services to the needs expressed; (d) producing internal statistics in aggregated or de-identified form. No other purpose is pursued without your consent.
Confidentiality and non-commercialization undertaking
The personal information and the information you entrust to us — including the content of our exchanges prior to any agreement — is treated confidentially. It is never sold, rented, traded or disclosed to third parties for commercial, advertising or data-brokerage purposes. Its disclosure is strictly limited to: (i) the service providers necessary to operate the site and our communications (hosting, email delivery, storage), who access it only to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations; (ii) cases where a law, a court or a competent authority requires it.
Confidentiality of exchanges and mandates
Exchanges held with a view to a possible collaboration are treated with the same confidentiality as mandates themselves. The nature, scope and deliverables of a mandate are governed by the written agreement that constitutes it; iGS makes no public reference to any client, mandate or its content without prior written authorization.
No automated decision-making
Internal rankings used to prioritize the handling of requests never result in decisions based solely on automated processing producing legal effects concerning the individuals involved.
Hosting and providers outside Canada
The site is hosted by Vercel and email is handled by Microsoft 365 — services whose servers may be located outside Canada (notably in the United States). Transfers are assessed in proportion to the sensitivity of the information involved.
Retention
Information related to an inquiry that does not lead to a business relationship is kept no longer than twenty-four (24) months after the last contact, then securely destroyed. Records related to a mandate are kept for the duration required by applicable legal and contractual obligations, then destroyed in the same manner.

Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies are set. The measurement tools in use (Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights) are cookieless. If tools requiring cookies or individual tracking are added later, a consent mechanism will be put in place and this policy will be updated.
